| 003:064 | Say: "O people of the Scripture, let us come to a common understanding between us and between you; that we do not serve except God, and do not set up anything at all with Him, and that none of us takes each other as patrons beside God." If they turn away, then Say: "Bear witness that we have surrendered." | Qul ya ahla alkitabi taAAalaw ila kalimatin sawa-in baynana wabaynakum alla naAAbuda illa Allaha wala nushrika bihi shay-an wala yattakhitha baAAduna baAAdan arbaban min dooni Allahi fa-in tawallaw faqooloo ishhadoo bi-anna muslimoona |
| 003:065 | "O people of the Scripture, why do you debate us regarding Abraham when the Torah and the Injeel were not sent down except after him? Do you not understand?" | Ya ahla alkitabi lima tuhajjoona fee ibraheema wama onzilati alttawratu waal-injeelu illa min baAAdihi afala taAAqiloona |
| 003:066 | Here you have debated in what you knew; so why then do you debate in what you do not know? God knows while you do not know. | Ha antum haola-i hajajtum feema lakum bihi AAilmun falima tuhajjoona feema laysa lakum bihi AAilmun waAllahu yaAAlamu waantum la taAAlamoona |
| 003:067 | Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Nazarene, but he was a monotheist who surrendered; he was not of those who set up partners. | Ma kana ibraheemu yahoodiyyan wala nasraniyyan walakin kana haneefan musliman wama kana mina almushrikeena |
| 003:068 | The most legitimate people to Abraham are those who followed him; and this prophet, and those who believed; and God is the supporter of the believers. | Inna awla alnnasi bi-ibraheema lallatheena ittabaAAoohu wahatha alnnabiyyu waallatheena amanoo waAllahu waliyyu almu/mineena |
| 003:069 | A group from the people of the Scripture wished that they could misguide you, but they only misguide themselves and they do not notice. | Waddat ta-ifatun min ahli alkitabi law yudilloonakum wama yudilloona illa anfusahum wama yashAAuroona |
| 003:070 | "O people of the Scripture, why do you reject God's signs while you are bearing witness?" | Ya ahla alkitabi lima takfuroona bi-ayati Allahi waantum tashhadoona |
| 003:071 | "O people of the Scripture, why do you dress the truth with falsehood and conceal the truth while you know?" | Ya ahla alkitabi lima talbisoona alhaqqa bialbatili wataktumoona alhaqqa waantum taAAlamoona |
