Early discussion took place on the talk pages of the Main Page (talk) and Main Page:English (talk) at the original Wikisource. In September 2005, a warning was placed on Talk:Main Page that it was only for discussion of the Main Page, and all general discussion was moved to Wikisource:Scriptorium.

How to archive

1. First, add the archive link to this page. Page names are standardised; for example, the code to add for September 2008 is:

   * [[/2008/09|September]]

2. Save, and click the link to create the page. Copy and paste the following into the page, where 'Date' takes the form Month Year (for example, September 2006):

3. The archive is now created. To add entries, simply cut and paste them from the main page to the appropriate section in the archive.
